A: To schedule an initial appointment contact us at 847.796.6400 or contactus@360wc.com. Our unique approach to the in-take process and initial consultation allows us to match clients with providers based on best fit.

We believe in a personalized approach by listening to your individual needs. When you first call our office, the Clinical Director will conduct an initial consultation by phone to determine which therapist (based on expertise, experience, schedule & insurance) will work best with you. At this time we will also answer any questions you may have.

All inquiries and appointments at 360º Wellness & Coaching are confidential.

A: Our front desk is available to answer your calls and emails Monday-Friday. To reach our front desk, please call 847-796-6400 or email contactus@360wc.com.  When it comes to appointments, we can be flexible to fit your schedule. We are happy to offer day, evening, and weekend appointments.
A: During your first session you and your therapist will get to know each other and get an idea where to proceed.

You will be asked what issues hinder your life, symptoms you are experiencing, and your history/background information. You may formulate your treatment plan, the methods to be employed, and begin establishing therapeutic rapport. Therapy is for anyone who wants to improve their life. While it might be more important for people under psychological distress to attend therapy, it can beneficial for anyone who’s looking for self-improvement.

A: We accept several insurance panels for psychotherapy and psychological assessments. During your new patient intake we do our best to collect all of our insurance information & verify your benefits. Please note, it is your responsibility to ensure coverage before your first session.

If you do not wish to use your health care insurance, we are happy to provide you our fee-for-service rates.

We accept several major insurance panels including:

   Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO
   UBH (United Healthcare)
   Aetna
   Tricare
   Medicare

Our skilled billing team will handle submitting your claims to insurance.

A: We accept checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, HSA, and FSA for the payment of co-pays, co-insurance, and deductibles.

Clinets are responsible for payment at the time of service.

If you are private pay client, we are happy to provide you with SuperBills that you can take to your                 insurance company for partial reimbursement, if applicable to you. Many times the reimbursement is quite high and can be competitive with co-pay fees.

A: Executive Coaching, Mediation, Collaborative Divorce, and Group or Individual Supervision are all private-pay services and cannot be submitted for insurance reimbursement.

Clients are responsible for payment at the time of their services. If your account has an outstanding balance surpassing $100 and arrangements for payment have not been agreed upon, we will be unable to schedule any more appointments until a payment is made.
