AM Social Work, Social Policy, and Social Administration, Social Work,
Policy & Practice

My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by a lifetime of personal and professional experiences that deepened my respect for human resilience and the need for connection. These experiences—combined with clinical training—inform the way I sit with others: with curiosity, respect, and care.

I offer a collaborative space where you’re invited to show up just as you are—without shame or the need to have it all figured out. You aren’t alone.

My work is with individuals, families, and couples who are navigating all of life’s complexities—including anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, caregiving fatigue, body image concerns, grief and loss, or the lasting impact of emotionally harmful relationships. My approach is client-centered and integrative—rooted in a relational-cultural, feminist framework. I incorporate body-based and parts-oriented practices, drawing from contextually focused therapies to support self-understanding, emotional validation, and meaningful change.

I hold an AM in Social Work, Policy, and Practice from the University of Chicago, and I am a licensed social worker (LSW). Before entering private practice, I supported women experiencing homelessness, complex trauma, domestic violence, substance use disorders, and dissociative identities.

As your therapist, I am committed to cultural humility, care that affirms LGBTQIA+ and gender-expansive identities, and to my own self-reflection and ongoing consultation. I know taking this step to start therapy isn’t easy, and I’ll meet you with honesty and deep respect for your process.
