Jill believes that all individuals have within them the skills needed to lead an actualized, fulfilling, and meaningful life. During a therapy session, Jill uses a strength based approach to help guide you through your own personal and unique journey towards finding your source of meaning. She will then assist in helping you harness this to increase overall wellbeing. In therapy, Jill uses several techniques including the mind/ body connection to increase awareness, guided visualizations, and mindfulness. A combination of cognitive behavioral (CBT) and dialectical behavioral (DBT) therapies are used as well. Jill will tailor therapy to your individual characteristics and work with you to find interventions that best suit your needs, goals, and skill set.
