Dr. Salyer is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with experience working among children, adolescents, and adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Dr. Salyer has specialized training in health and stress psychology with attention to the mind-body connection. Believing in the innate ability of her patients to heal and create change for themselves, Dr. Salyer utilizes client-centered and third wave CBT interventions while incorporating a feminist and multicultural perspective. She maintains an open, genuine, and even humorous therapeutic rapport while helping patients adapt to and accept their experience in the world. In addition to individual, couples, and family therapy, Dr. Salyer conducts psychological assessment and believes testing can bring depth and clarity to clinical work. She also provides clinical supervision and enjoys training highly ethical, competent, and balanced professionals.
