Michaela Malone is a Licensed Social Worker(LSW) at 360º Wellness & Coaching.

She is passionate about working with clients across the age spectrum who are struggling with the effects of trauma, emotional dysregulation, substance use disorders, ADHD, and relational challenges. In working with individuals, Michaela utilizes a holistic approach that takes into consideration one’s external environment, structural conditions, upbringing, as well as personal characteristics that may be impacting that person’s mental health.

As a therapist, Michaela sees her role as someone who accompanies and assists others in their healing journey. She has a particular interest in understanding the neurobiology of trauma and utilizes this knowledge to help foster feelings of safety and collaboration in the therapeutic environment. Michaela has experience working in residential, school, and community mental health settings. In addition to being a trauma-informed provider, Michaela has life experience coping with chronic illness and being a member of the LGBTQ+ community and is passionate about working with these populations, specifically with youth/ young adults experiencing related challenges.

Non-directive play therapy
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills training
